Well I'm ecstatic.  The priority thing really worked, after some
significant assistance from Hockey-l.  I received two seats in Section
105, Row 12, almost the same place as my seats for the 2001 Albanyfest.
Kudos to the NC$$ for actually doing something nice for the fans.
Incidentally I received a priority 2 rating--I imagine priority 1 must
have earned dead center.

I've heard nothing but praise about the Xcel, and I thought the Bradley
had good sightlines!  Already starting to get excited.
