First off, to add to the growing list of ticket prices... as of '91 at least,
Harvard students got in free for most (all?) non-playoff hockey games.

So, when I arrived at Wisconsin for grad school, it was an adjustment to
pay $10/ticket for Badger games. Worth it though (for Friday tickets
anyway :-).
When I was there, Grad students and seniors got first crack at the tickets,
followed by juniors the next day, then soph, then frosh. How did it happen
that juniors got in on the first day this year? Did they not check ID's
correctly?

Of course, there are very few "bad" seats in the Dane, IMHO, so getting
shafted for tix is a relative thing.

Random NHL comment: nice to see that the recent Carey/CuJo
all-Wisconsin-goalie game was low scoring (2-1 in favor of Carey's Bruins).
C'mon, Blackhawks, play Daubenspeck! :-)
