While we are saying that UMD and Wisconsin are not among college
powerhouses, they certainly do deserve some recognition because they are two
underrated teams.  Especially against Minnesota.  It doesn't matter if the
gophers are the worst team in college in hockey and Wisconsin the best, they
will still split the series because of the rivalry.  UW lost 6-1 to the
gophers and won 3-1 over them.  Maybe Minnesota didn't lose badly, but they
certainly aren't playing like a top 8 team.
 
As for CC, I agree with the previous opinion.   Returning their entiring
defense and being 3-3 might be an overstatement in terms of polls.
 
Lets see what happens this weekend with Minnesota/ND.  I predict a sweep by
the gold/marroonies.  ANy other comments?
