     It should also be noted that Harvard won the regular season title in
     1992 (by backing in), lost the ECAC quarter finals to RPI in OT
     (single game elimination), and was not invited to the NCAA's after
     finishing with an overall 14-7-6 record.

You're quite right, my apologies for the inaccuracies in my sieve-like
memory.  Actually, St. Lawrence's OT win was 4-3.  I was confusing 1991
with 1992, when St. Lawrence actually did beat Cornell in the finals, 4-2,
but Cornell did not get invited to the big dance; we'd finished tied for
5th that season.
