About a year ago I promised to take a look at rating systems in depth over
the summer.  Well, I never really got around to it.  I'll try again over
the winter- I have a nice long vacation coming up soon.  I'm convinced
there is some type of rating that wouldn't penalize CC for anything like
that.  I'll see if I can
come up with one...
