There was an article in yesterday's Minneapolis Star Tribune re: the college
hockey all-star game on Sunday at Mariucci Arena.  Partial rosters were
mentioned for both teams, but Wisconsin's Brian Rafalski wasn't on the list.
In fact, there were no Badgers mentioned.  Questions:  Who chooses the
teams?  Does anyone know if Rafalski or any other Badger will be playing in
the game?  How many years has this game been played?  How big of a crowd does
it usually draw?
