Under this story on Jason Godbout suffering a stroke are all four
summaries from the regional semifinals.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Minnesota freshman defenseman Jason Godbout was listed
in fair condition today after suffering a stroke before the NCAA West Region
hockey tournament.
Godbout felt ill at lunch Friday and was slurring his speech, trainer Bob
Broxterman said. He was examined by a Wisconsin team doctor and sent to the
University of Wisconsin Hospital.
"It's fortunate that we took him to the hospital when we did," Broxterman
said.
Godbout, 18, suffered the stroke before Minnesota defeated Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute 3-0 in the first round of the NCAA West Region tournament
in Madison.
"We didn't know anything about it until we arrived here for the game," said
his father, Ken Godbout.
"Jason has asked us to just say he did have a stroke, but we really don't
know anything more about it than that right now."
Godbout will be hospitalized for five to seven days for more tests, his
father said.
Godbout was a regular on defense all season but suffered a knee injury
against Colorado College in last week's WCHA Final Five semifinal. He had been
expected to play in the NCAA tournament.
