Here, too late to be of any help :-), are the final KRACH ratings of the
season. Teams receiving an automatic tourney bid are marked with a *. A
curiosity is that, after Maine had been #1 almost all season (since
Minnesota lost its perfect 6-0 record, in fact), BU grabbed the final #1
ranking on the strength of its tournament victory.

KRACH, it turns out, would have selected the same four at-large teams as did
the selection committee: New Hampshire, Minnesota, Denver and Michigan
State, with BGSU unluckily being ranked #11 but missing out. Here, though,
the tight battle is between BGSU and MSU; a different result in their CCHA
semi would have made all the difference. (KRACH has liked Denver all year.)

As to the Minnesota-Wisconsin seeding issue: according to KRACH, it's no
contest, with Minnesota rated 258 and Wisconsin 219, despite their
near-identical records; the difference is down to the Gophers' tougher
schedule.
