        From this morning's Saratoga Springs,NY Saratogian (AP):
 
        [begin]
        Albany's Knickerbocker Arena has been chosen to host
        the NCAA Division I Hockey Championship East Regional
        in 1996, NCAA officials announced Monday.
 
        The East Regional will be held March 22-24 at the arena,
        which seats about 14,000 for hockey.
 
        All-session tickets for $30 will go on sale in the fall.
