The indicators include tie-breakers to the extent that they have been
decided.  In the CCHA, the 3rd tiebreaker depends on final Conference
standings.  In the WCHA the 2nd tiebreaker depends on the number of wins in
the Conference.  Thus some tie-breakers may be unknown until the season
ends.
  In all the conferences, the first tie breaker is head-to-head, exclusive of
non-conference or tournament games in the CCHA and ECAC and I assume also in
the WCHA.
  In the ECAC, tie-breakers are complex and results are typically unknown
until all season results are completed.  Bill Fenwick is the only person I
know who can put those tournament pairings together (if not the only one,
certainly the fastest) and I'm sure he will post those pairings as soon as
he knows (most likely before the first tournament game is played {;-)}.
  In HE, the wording is at best ambiguous and I have never been able to  elicit
a response from anyone as to whether my posting (still ambiguous) is
correct.  It certainly is not up-to-date because of the shootout.  I assume
the shootout are used to determine Conference standings (else why would
they have them - just fan interest?)  In any case, if the shootouts are used,
tie-breakers are trivial since there is an odd number of points to be earned
in any head-to-head situation.
