I have a soft spot in my heart for this topic, since I think I embarrassed
myself on it last year. So far as I know, only the NC$$ (and maybe USA
Hockey) make a goalie serve majors and/or misconducts. The pro leagues,
the Major Junior leagues and the CHA all only make goaltenders serve
game misconducts (or match penalties).
