I feel the change in the coincidential minor rule is good
for two reasons:
1. It opens up the ice and makes the game faster and alot
more exciting
2. It helps the NC$$ align itself with the NHL(who?) which
already has this rule. It seems whenever the NHL makes a rule
change, it takes the NC$$ two or three years to follow.
