Exactly...A beer song that typifies a party school.  Granted Wisconsin fans
are excellent supporters of their teams, all of their teams, I don't think
it's a wise thing to make a beer song "sacred".  Of course, as a Minnesotan
(and darn proud of it)  every time I hear the song I cringe.  What's worse
is when the St. Louis Blues played San Jose in a pre-season game at the
Civic Center, the PA played the Bud Song.  Bad bad bad bad move in our
state!  But I do agree, that song played for any other school just wouldn't
be right.  When I think Wisconsin, I think the Bud Song.  (among other things)
