Oops.  I sent a message this morning where I said that after
subtracting Colgate, St. Lawrence, Union, Army, and the Air Force this
leaves 39 scholarship-giving schools.  Of course, I also meant to add
the six Ivy schools, leaving 33.  Note that 33 time 18 is still almost
600 scholarships.  Thus, my original statement still holds:  either
there are other schools not offering athletic scholarships or many
schools don't give out all 18 for the total to be about 400.
