Since the subject of forfeits came up, here is the official policy of Contest
Central:
 
In the event of a forfeit for any reason, especially those that affect confer-
ence games, the final order of teams will be that determined by the conference
in which the forfeit occurred.
 
In other words, whatever the conference does, we do.
 
Should this affect the four tiebreaker teams (PC, UVM, UIC, SCSU), their conf.
points totals will also be determined by whatever action their conference may
take.
