As zero hour approaches for Maine, it seems obvious that Paul kariya is waiting
to see what the NCAA decides to do before he makes a decision as to whetehr to return
to the Bangor suburbs or zoom off with Mickey, Pluto and the rest of Team Eisner.
This also means that if Maine manages to get off easy (Vegas odds at 4-1), thanxx
then Paul is back with the Bears. I've hear Anaheim has an offer oin the table. I wonder
howmxx how many ducks, err bucks they've offered. I think the bidding would start at at
least half a million, somewhat less than what Alexandre Daigle got.
I should have world xx word by late tomorrow afternoon as to what the big decision is.
I'll be in Providence as they take on BU, and will try and update with quotes from whatever AD's are
there along with coaches' Parker and McShane.
Question-- If Kariya does sign with the Ducks, does he have to parade down
Maine Street, USA at Disneyland a la Nancy Kerrigan? I wonder if he'll think it's too corny?

Congratulations Brent, that was one of the funniest pozzxx things I've read in a while.
I didn't know that much happened in Alaska.

Talk to y'all tomorrow. Neil Goldberg, DFP BU. [log in to unmask]
