That was me who said not to underestimate Salem.  They're one of the top
teams in DivIII, and that's mainly because of experience.  As I have said,
Salem is almost a DivI team in many ways.  They're kind of a DivI pipeline -
many players who leave DivI teams for one reason or another go to Salem, i.e.
Craig Seabury who left Lowell along with his brothers for Salem.  The Seabury
triplets, from Stoneham (MA) where they were a line, wanted to go to college
as a package and even though Bill Riley wanted only Craig, he had to take
all three.  But all three were unhappy there when only Craig saw a lot of ice
time (he is generally considered the better of the three).  Thus their move
to Salem.
