Due to an extended power outage impacting part of our fiber network,
Internet2 <https://www.internet2.edu/about-us/> bandwidth capacity is
currently diminished.  At this time we are seeing no congestion, and no
operational issues should be noticed.  An update will be sent when power
and affected service is restored to normal.
