Summary:

Union took sole possession of 10th place in the ECAC with a 5-4 win
over Dartmouth Friday night. The Dutchmen had a 4-1 lead in this
game, but needed Chris Albert's 3rd period goal with the score tied
at 4 to come away with this one.

Dartmouth had a 1-goal lead just 3:12 into the game with a power play
goal from Patrick Turcotte. But the Dutchmen took over the period
from there. Union scored 4 times in the period to take a 4-1 lead
into the 1st intermission. Dartmouth scored 2 more power play goals
in the second period to cut it to 4-3. Turcotte tied the game 2:34
into the 3rd. Dartmouth put 22 shots on Luigi Villa in the 3rd, but
that was the only goal he would allow them. The Dutchmen got the
game-winner when Reid Simonton set up Chris Albert for a power play
goal at 12:08.

The win gives Union a 3-7-1 ECAC record and 7-7-2 overall record
heading into the Vermont game. Dartmouth is now 2-8-1 in the league,
3-12-1 overall.
