Not only is he a walking, talking encyclopedia of college hockey knowledge,
but he's a golden prognosticator as well!  What follows is part of a message
I received from Hockey-L guru Mike Machnik this past Wednesday, correctly
calling the MC upset of RPI.  OK, he gave the Engineers an extra goal, but
nobody is perfect.  :-)
 
Mike...I hope you bought a lottery ticket for this weekend!
 
Congrats to the Warriors and to Ric Schafer's Fighting Irish, 4-3 victors
over Western Michigan.  (Go easy on my beloved Wolverines tonight coach,
BGSU was tough on them yesterday.)
