Here's the latest from CHN about the NCAA Rules Committee meeting.
They recommend going to a two referee/two lineman systems for all NCAA games
and, like the NHL,
prohibit a team from changing personnel when they ice the puck.

There had been talk about prohibiting a penalized team from freely icing the
puck but nothing in the CHN report addresses that issue so I guess it wasn't
discussed.
