i don't agree about the conceit here. i consider it an upset any
time michigan gets beat. i also consider it an upset any time bu
gets beat. i think it's a statement to the consistent quality of
the programs.
i interpreted jack parker's comment in the same way. he runs a
quality program and probably expects to play even with anyone
in the country. therefore, a loss to anyone constitutes an upset.
that's my take on it.
i'd like to congratulate the bu players and fans on a great victory
last night. best of luck in the final.
