Iyer Venkatesan asked when the Hobey voting took place. Ballots
were due in on March 20, the day after the conference call to
discuss the candidates took place. Voters rank their top five
candidates -- I'm not sure whether there is a tie-breaking
procedure (sorry, Joe LaCour).
