Regarding the Clarkson bell, I'm curious; why isn't it considered
an artificial noisemaker? If it's part of the pep band, isn't there
some kind of rule that prohibits the bands from playing when there
is on-ice action? (Thus silencing the bell during play) Or is this
just a courtesy rule?
