Now that the regular season has ended for all conferences, here is Part 3 of
the Pick the Post-season Tourneys entry form. This part includes the Hockey
East, CCHA, WCHA, and CHA tournaments. The deadline for this part is 6:00
PM EST Thursday, March 10th.
Fill in your predicted winners for each first round/quarterfinal series (all
leagues but the CHA). Also fill in the number of games (2 or 3) you expect
to be played in the series.
For the play-in games, semifinals, consolation games, and championships,
fill in the teams you predict will be playing as well as your predicted
winners. MAKE SURE YOUR SEEDINGS/MATCHUPS ARE CORRECT! All leagues except
the CHA reseed before the semis/play-ins. The CCHA reseeds twice, before
the play-in games and before the semifinals. The CHA uses a bracket and
does not reseed; the winner of the play-in game between #3 and #6 will face
the #2 seed, even if #6 wins.
Impossible matchups will be given zero points, unless I can get a correction
from you before the deadline.
Don't forget to fill in the tiebreakers! Tiebreaker #1 is your predicted
score in the championship game; tiebreaker #2 is your predicted total goals
scored in that tournament.
If you don't want to do predictions for one or more tournaments, just leave
it/them blank.
