First seed goes to Denver and they host michigan tech unless tech
      beats minnesota and st. cloud loses to north dakota. In that
      case Denver would host st. cloud.
second seed goes to CC who hosts st cloud unless st. cloud loses to
       north dakota and tech beats minnesota. In that case, CC would
       host michigan tech.
third seed goes to either minnesota (if they win at tech and wisconsin loses
      at duluth) or wisconsin (if they do not lose or minnesota does
      not win) and that team will host MSU mankato
fourth seed goes to either wisconsin (if they lose at duluth and
       minnesota wins at tech) or minnesota (if they do not win or
       wisconsin does not lose. The 4th place team hosts Alaska
       Anchorage
fifth seed goes to North Dakota who host minnesota-duluth.
