Scope: Secondary Optical Rings

Summary: 
	We will be replacing a core optical switch. All sites directly connected to Portland will see a loss of connectivity. All other sites may see a brief disruption in service, but should flip over to alternative paths during the maintenance. 

The following sites will loss all connectivity during the maintenance:

Scarborough HS
St. John School
Curtis Memorial Library
Brunswick JHS
MPBN - Marginal Way
