The home team always has the right to make the last line change.  This helps
explain the significant advantage of playing at home, since the host team is
always able to get out its checking line against its opponent's big scoring
line.  I think this advantage is more obvious in the pros than in college
however since few college teams can boast of four strong lines, or even
enjoy the utility of a scoring line and a checking line.
