Not sure how much this relates to Sid's question, but my first exposure to
college hockey was watching a taped broadcast of the 1967 NCAA championship
game between Cornell and BU at 11:30 PM on a Sunday night on WNET, Channel
13 in New York City. This happened either just before or just after I was
accepted to Cornell as a member of the class of 1971.
