As you know, a win is worth 2 points, and a tie is worth 1, so,
when the winning percentage is calculated, the number of wins the
goalie has is multiplied by 2, and the number of ties is multiplied by
one.  The number you now have is the total number of points that this
goalie has earned for his team.  This number is then divided by the
number of decisions that the goalie has earned*2.
 
ie.- A goaltender's record is 13-0-1.  This means that he (his team)
has earned 27 out of a possible 28 pts. in games that he has earned
the decision.  27 is then subsequently divided by 28, which gives us
a WinPct% of .964.
