If they do let us out in between the regionals, I would suggest staying away from 
Pagliacci across the street from the arena if you want to eat and see the start of the second game. My friends and I went in immediately after the 1st ECAC game ended Saturday(6PM). As of 6:25, no waitress had been by the table and I walked out and got a couple of slices of pizza next to the arena. My friends stayed and ordered. I did not see them at the second game until less than 10 minutes were left in the 1st period.

Last weekend at the ECAC's in Albany, you could definitely leave between games and re-enter.  I expect the same to be true for the NCAA's in Albany this weekend.

Is this the tournament where they don't let you leave the arena between
games or is that the ECAC's?

    That was the rule at the ECAC's in Albany last weekend.
