Friday, it was cold.  it was so cold, one of the zamboni's wouldn't
start.

Saturday, there was, after the first cc goal, a 7 minute 6 second
stretch without a whistle. then wisconsin tied the game 5 seconds
after the restart faceoff.

for some reason, the game saturday seemed to go fast.  It was 2:18,
but the DU game was 2:40 long. Even the air force game was longer.

brandon straub, with 3 minors, was the leader in the "i was coaching
in omaha in 48" trophy until ross carlson (any relation?) amassed 14
more minutes at the end of the game.
