Hopefully, our mailer is now well-fed and won't be eating any more of these.
If people are interested, I'd like to keep the HOCKEY-L poll going up
through the championship game.
The College Hockey Discussion List Poll for March 18, 1992:
Teams were given 15 points for a first-place vote, 14 for a second-place
vote, and so on down to 1 point for a fifteenth-place vote. Total first-
place votes are in parentheses.
Composite poll (4 responses):

There was only one Eastern response this week, so I'm not going to do the
East-West breakdown. Here's this week's composite HOCKEY-L, NCAA, TCHCR,
and RPICH (coming your way ASAP):
HOCKEY-L NCAA TCHCR RPICH
Team Record Rank Rank Rank Rank

Western Michigan 16-14-6 15 8 15
The NCAA ranked both Colorado College and Harvard #15.
I've been confining the Tadpoll to media polls only -- but just for fun,
here's a Tadpoll that includes both the mathematical rankings (TCHCR and
RPICH), as well as the NCAA poll and our own HOCKEY-L poll (rankings higher
than 15 do not get any points):
1. Maine (3) 57
2. Michigan (1) 56
3. Minnesota 54
4. Lake Superior 49
5. Michigan State 45
6. Wisconsin 36
7. Northern Michigan 30
