I might also include Michigan in the comment about availability.  When they won in Cinncinati, it did seem like there were a number of Michigan fans who drove down that day and bought tickets off the street.

them is more challenging...when I've sold them in the past, I generally
got at least a dozen "hits" within the first couple hours after I posted.
So if you're going to rely on buying them that way, be prepared to act

I think the more relevant question for the original poster has to do with
buying them "on the street".  Don't know Ohio laws on the matter, I
believe the NCAA only cares that they're sold at face value ;-).  Tickets
have been available on the street at every tournament game I've been at,
although some times more available than other times.  (I'm pretty sure
street prices in St. Paul were quite a bit higher than face value, for one
thing!)  My guess is that unless OSU makes a run, it will be possible to
find tickets at or near face value on game days.
