In the mail today I received a form to purchase tickets from Ohio State.
Apparently they have not sold the school's allotment, and they are offering
tickets to the public (or at least anyone who has bought tickets at least once!).
Since I have my tickets lined up (Thanks James!), does anyone want/need a
ticket?  It does make you wonder about how they chose to run the lottery.
