When I checked my email and saw 74 new messages, I was preparing to have
to deal with another round of spam, only to discover it was simply
Hockey-L traffic making a resurgence.

I remember traveling (by bus from Potsdam NY) to the Twin Cities in 1991
for the Frozen Four, and not having email access for about a week.  I
came back to about 1000 new messages waiting for me.  Sometimes, there
really can be too much of a good thing.
