I just got my priority Frozen Four ticket renewal application in the
mail today. The application is due back by June 6.

Tickets are $135 per all-session pass (limit 4 per application) plus
$5.50 per order handling charge.

The application contains the following warning (in bold capital
letters):

PLEASE NOTE: RESALE OF TICKETS ABOVE FACE VALUE WILL RESULT IN BEING
REMOVED FROM THE PRIORITY LIST AND FROM CONSIDERATION OF RECEIVING
TICKETS IN THE FUTURE TO THE MEN'S FROZEN FOUR.

Note the inclusion of the phrase "above face value", which should
alleviate the fears that some of us had that people whose plans change
would risk being blackballed if they sold off their tickets.
(Although it does raise the question of whether passing along the
handling charge counts as a markup above face value.)
