I am confused as to the definition of Teams Under Consideration. I
understand that the CHA and the MAAC winners get autobids to the tournament,
and that the PWR grid on USCHO currently lists Wayne State as a TUC by
virtue of their conference title.

But teams from either the CHA or the MAAC entering the final 16 will have
RPI's lower than 0.5. Wayne State's RPI is 0.4798. The highest ranked
participant in the MAAC semifinals is Mercyhurst, with an RPI of 0.4877.

For the purpose of computing individual comparisons, do these two teams now
qualify as TUC's? FWIW, Maine stands to gain something from this.
