The College Hockey Offensive/Defensive Ratings (CHODR) are back for
another season.

Quick review: CHODR provides offensive and defensive ratings for each
Men's Division I team.
Ratings are estimates of goal scoring and goals allowed with adjustments
for the quality of opponents.
The overall rating is just a ratio of offense to defense.
