Will schools bid for a tournament in which their team CANNOT participate?

Can the NCAA increase, or even maintain, revenue w/o some teams playing at
home?

Will sufficient fans turn out to a site that they cannot plan for well in
advance?

Will sufficient fans turn out to a longer and entire (8-team) regional?
