I know the WCHA (both men's and women's) has a policy that video tape is
sent to the league after each game. Two seasons ago, Minnesota's Erik
Westrum was given a major and a game DQ for kicking a player in the chest
and, after viewing the tape, commissioner Bruce McLeod tacked on an
additional game to his automatic one-game suspension.
