Well, Dartmouth was 16th last week and has been in the 15-16 range for the
entire season, so they probably got it by default. It isn't like they jumped 5
spots.

Harvard is also 0-0-0, as the Ivies don't start play until this weekend, when
coincidentally Dartmouth and Hahvahd play down in Cambridge. This is  Harvard's
odd weekend so that they'll only play one game the weekend before the Beanpot
as opposed to two as in years past
