Carol, from your message I assume that Gopher fans are not obligated
beyond the $25 per game.

UND season tickets are technically $14.71 per regular season game,
although we are obligated to join the Fighting Sioux Club each year in
order to earn the right to get seats in most areas. After FSC payment,
any lower bowl seats come out to be $21 and up per game. The seats I
wanted (between the blue and goal lines) come out to $23.50 per regular
season game.

If I did the math right, neutral zone seats would cost nearly $32 per
regular season game--only if you got 12 people to split one FSC
membership. Just four people would be about $39. But I digress.

These prices, by the way, are not new this year with the new arena.

Like many schools, UND is taking advantage of the higher demand for
tickets. In 1997, one did not have to even renew their FSC membership
to keep whatever seats they had, costing about $10 per game.

Actually, the way I justified $24 seats to myself is by thinking "the
Gopher fans pay that, too." :)

Just my 46,700 cents,
Kirk
