I've been meaning to gripe about that, especially since one lost bid
in a 64-team tourney is a much smaller effect than in a 12-team
tourney.  Someone mentioned something about a by-law guaranteeing the
number of squeakball at-large bids.  Sounds kind of like FSNE's
contract requiring them to cut away from the SLU-BU game for a Celtics
RS game.
