If I remember correctly FOX Sports has carried the regionals from
both the East and West the past two or three years.  The Celtics
are shown if they are both on at the same time, but I believe FOX
Sports schedules any hockey games to be tape delayed in that
event.

Last year the live BU-SLU coverage was stopped for the Celtics,
but at least the 4th overtime was shown after the basketball game
ended and then the Maine-Michigan game was shown on tape
delay.  Two(?) years ago the BC regional game was picked up live
after a Celtics game which went into overtime.

I also believe that FOX broadcast 7 of the 8 games two years ago
and at 6 of the 8 games last year.

The bad news as I have heard is the first-round games will not be
produced by the NCAA this year, only the four quarterfinal games.
