I saw that DiPietro (spelling?) was shellshocked in a 6-0 Isles loss the
other nite, he was removed after allowing 4 goals early. I hope the
Isles know what they are doing. In the NFL, it used to be that even a
very talented rookie QB with a weak team (especially offensive line)
could get wrecked both physically and emotionally by the constant
pounding and depressing lack of results. I hope the Islanders know what
they are doing, and dont ruin what should become a stellar pro career.
Anyone closer to the situation know what is going on?
