As a fan of college hockey and someone who has known kids going into it, I
think expansion is great. College hockey is not the feeder for the pros as
other college sports. Also there are not nearly as many opportunities to
play as the other major sports. Not all leagues will be as good as the rest,
same is true in basketball. But more kids get a chance to play. Nothing
wrong with that!
