I am almost positive that this was called last year in a UNH Hockey East
game.  I cannot remember the opponent, but I'm thinking maybe BU.
Anyway, a player on the opposing team was complaining to referee Steve
McBride (who holds the distinction of being both the slowest referee in
HE as well as the biggest showboat) about some call or noncall.  McBride
was not amused and proceeded to assess a misconduct on the player for
the infraction of not wearing a regulation mouthguard.  A classic
McBride showboat moment...
