I second John's remarks.  Even though my Alma Mater (Clarkson) was on the
short end of the tourny and its already puny PWR and RPI would get even
worse, it was assumed by all in the Hockey (-L and otherwise) that the
games would count.
 
I would have to think that JP's powers of persuasion worked wonders.  I
wonder what would have been the reaction if Mark Morris had said
anything.
