  This is an example of something that belongs on both lists in my estimation.
 
It is fact - therefore  info-h-l
 
It can generate discussion - therefore h-l
 
It would broaden the number of people who submit by being posted both
places.
 
To those who insist on two lists - only one will survive - which one?
